Refunds Prior to Installation
To cancel your order prior to install please call or visit the installation location during normal business hours.

Refunds After Installation
Tires cannot be returned after they have been installed and/or used.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your tires you may exchange them within 30 days or 500 miles from the time of installation. Certain conditions and limitations apply.*

*Requirements & Limitations

• Satisfaction guarantee does not apply to tires with damage caused by:

  • Cuts, punctures, flats, road hazards, tires run flat (unless receipt shows road hazard contract)
  • Tires with premature or irregular wear due to improper inflation, wheel misalignment, and necessary vehicle repairs not maintained (worn steering/suspension parts)
  • Tires damaged by fire, wrecks, misuse, abuse or obstructions on the vehicle
  • Sidewall damage from curbs or other cosmetic damage
• If exchange is for lower priced tires the customer will be refunded the difference.
• If exchange is for higher priced tires the customer will pay the difference (including sales tax).
• Mounting, balancing, and rubber valve stems are included. TPMS extra.
• Exchanges must be performed at original install location.
