What Does a Warehouse Associate Do?
Warehouse Associates are responsible for keeping our distribution centers running smoothly by managing inventory, operating equipment, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Manage inventory through receiving, stocking, and distribution
- Safely operate forklifts and order picker equipment
- Use electronic scanning systems to track and manage inventory accurately
- Load and unload tires from trucks and containers

Requirements for Warehouse Associate Positions
We're looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to lift 20–80 pounds regularly throughout the workday
- Ability to safely work at heights of up to 15 feet while operating warehouse equipment
