What Does a Non-CDL Route Driver Do?
Non-CDL Delivery Drivers play an important role in serving our customers by safely transporting and delivering tires from our distribution centers to customer locations throughout the region.
- Safely operate box trucks ranging from 16 to 24 feet while maintaining a clean driving record
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Accurately identify products on customer orders and deliver tires as requested
- Communicate customer needs and concerns to warehouse leadership
- Follow GPS routing, maintain DOT logs, and complete pre-trip vehicle inspections
- Assist warehouse team members with loading, unloading, and other duties as needed

Requirements for Delivery Drivers (Non-CDL)
We're looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- DOT medical certification preferred (must be obtained after hire)
- Ability to safely operate a 16–24 foot box truck
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to load and unload tires as needed
- CDL is not required
