What Does an Auto Technician Do?
Automotive Technicians at Flynn's Tire perform a wide range of diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services to keep vehicles safe and operating efficiently.
- Perform Pennsylvania state inspections and emission testing
- Complete wheel alignments
- Repair steering and suspension systems
- Diagnose and repair engines
- Inspect and replace belts and hoses
- Service HVAC (heating and air conditioning) systems
- Perform diagnostic and electrical repairs
- Complete preventative maintenance services
- Diagnose and repair brake systems

- Higher productivity expectations (70%+)

Requirements for Auto Technician Positions
We're looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
- Valid Driver's License
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to lift 20–80 lbs
- ASE Certification Preferred
